Christopher Adlung

Founder & CEO

Christopher Adlung is the founder and CEO of TAIRIS Medical B.V., supported by RWTH PEM Aachen. His key focus lies on the adoption and scale-up of existing medical devices and equipment in local settings, by combining research with on-site, practical experience.

At the Technical University in Delft, his research focuses on the intersection of telemedicine, bridging the doctor-patient relationship across space and time, and frugal innovation, which refers to innovation developed under high constraints. His research examines how both concepts can be aligned to configure cost-effective solutions in resource-limited environments, improving healthcare access.

With over fifteen years of leadership and consulting experience in the telecommunication sector and within international settings across Europe, Africa, the United States, and Southeast Asia, he has worked in strategic positions to push for innovations transformative change.

He advocates for stronger partnerships across public, private, and academic institutions to tackle complex challenges from a systems perspective. Specifically, he aims to build sustainable and resilient innovation ecosystems that foster collaboration, enhance resource efficiency, focussing on societal needs.

With a polymath mindset, he is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, using a systematic, scientific, creative, and philosophical lens to solve complex, socio-technical, and dynamic challenges.

Meggy Kantert

Senior Advisor

Meggy Kantert is an experienced coach/consultant/trainer with particular ethics training and project management skills in a variety of countries and branches. Her focus is empowering and developing management, staff as well as students with a systemic and solution oriented, holistic approach. 

She holds an MAS degree in Coaching and Organisation Development from the University of Zurich and supports Godfrey Okoye University, in Enugu, Nigeria as International Liaison Officer.

Meggy Kantert has been empowering people of various ages in a variety of institutions and nearly thirty countries since thirty years. She strongly believes education is key to peace and received recognition of Caritas Foundation, Cologne in 2014 for her international Children and Students Sponsorship and Education Empowerment programme as well as the Peace Champion Award of the Annual Youth Peace Conference in Enugu, Nigeria.

She regards herself a world citizen responding to the challenges of the SDGs representing an international commitment to transforming our world. She owns Kantert Consulting an international coaching and consultancy firm.

Education and Global Health Expert

As an international education and global health expert, Marie is committed to advancing cross-cultural, collaborative learning. Leveraging her expertise in marketing, EdTech, and international professional education, she designs learning experiences that support long-term capacity building in international healthcare systems.

Currently, she is driving a collaboration with the Fundisa African Academy for Medicines Development in South Africa. Here, her work centres on capacity-building strategies and continuing education formats in global health, focusing on structured knowledge transfer and effective communication concepts. Marie is located in South Africa, where she not only has her professional base, but also my second home. Through her on-site presence, she found that learning from others is the most powerful tool for contributing to educational work.

Overall, Marie is eager to bring a growth mindset to all projects, seeking solution-oriented approaches and intercultural competency. Her overall goal is to design educational initiatives that generate long-term, measurable value for organisations and the professionals involved. .

Over five years, Samuel has contributed to mental health awareness initiatives, educational programs, and community engagements, expanding conversations around trauma, addiction, and psychological wellbeing while promoting stigma-free care.

Working at the intersection of psychiatry, public health, and digital innovation, Samuel integrates AI, telepsychiatry, and digital tools to enhance access to care.
